Last Weds after a particularly heavy lifting day I began to feel a sharp pain in my left rhomboid. I saw a doc, it's just pulled and I need to lay off it for a while. I can't put weight on my shoulders, so no squatting. I also have trouble holding weights to do dumbbell or split squats withough irritating the muscle. No pull downs. No deadlifts. So, really I'm trying to figure out how best to adapt my routine with some substitutions. Today I sort of freewheeled it and used machines (leg press, prone leg curl, glute kickbacks, etc). I figured I'd see if snyone else had better ideas, though!
