Yes hello, i would just like to know what my calorie intake should be at, the website has me at a goal of 2600 what should be a decent amount to have?

If MFP recommends that you should eat 2600 - then you eat 2600. It really is that simple.
Unless you do some exercise, in which case you log the exercise and you get to eat more.
If that seems like too much food - don't panic. The great news is that you don't have to deprive yourself to lose weight, you just have to create a moderate calorie deficit (ie. eat less that you used to!).
Moving a bit more than you used to helps too.0 -

If you want to see how MFP has worked out your numbers, go to your GOAL page (from your home page) and you can see your maintenance calories (how much you could eat to stay the same weight) and you will see that MFP has subtracted calories from this amount to give you your daily allowance so you can lose weight.0
