Hi everyone, I am new to myfitnesspal today. I wish I had found this back in April when I began my fitness regime. Some people would say that I am towards the end of my journey as I am so close to goal. In fact, I have past my first 2 goals. However, it feels like this is just the begining. To hard work really does start now. I have a few more pounds to lose and then I HAVE to keep it off.
I have now set myself a new challange for 2010 - to run a half marathon!!
I have been over weight since I was a teenager and exercise was always way down on any list. I now enjoy it and want to do something to mark this coplete change in my life.
So HI and here to the new year and my challanges ahead.

95 lbs lost! Congratulations Sue! I think you have the right attitude. We are programed to look at our weight loss as the goal. But in reality, maintaining a healthy weight and healthy lifestyle is our ultimate goal. Good job and much success in the New Year.0
