Today's challenge is: Mummy Kicks
Let's do 2 minutes of them.
You can split them up any way you want but you have to have it before
the end of your day.
Some of you may find it easy while others may find it brutal. Take it
at your own pace and with all exercises don't over do it.

Congratulations on your 65 lb lost. Your an inspiration today since I just got on the scale and read 2 up after yesterday I was 2down. These boards are great... I'm in for some mummy kicks. May get me warmed up to bike or fitness Vedic too.0
