Hi all,
I was doing really well with MFP a few months back and was motivated to lose weight with an upcoming holiday. The holiday was all inclusive and I ended up piling on some more weight.
Since coming back my tracking has become sloppy and I cant seem to get in to the mind set of constantly tracking like I used to!
The friend base I had on here is slowly deminishing as they themselves give up with tracking. I think having friends who constantly track is they key to my success on here. So if you would like to add me to help motivate me it would be very much appreciated!

I agree! Having friends on here that consistently keep track of their calories/workouts are the ones that will help you with motivation. I use MFP often, so feel free to add me if you want.0
