Couple of questions

What does NSV mean? I see it on here a lot. Also, my scale broke (nope..I am not that heavy! LOL), but I need a new one. Any recommendations?

NSV= Non-scale Victory. Any measure of your progress towards your goals that doesn't involve weighing yourself.
