I joined a several days ago and have been lurking about since. I suppose it's time to introduce myself . My name is Valerie and I've been a yo-yo dieter forever. I'm over 50 (yikes) and really want to become healthy and strong. Whoever said it's more difficult after menopause was not kidding. So, I'm going to get off my A@@ and start moving. MFP is a great place to lose weight, the diary keeps me accountable for ny food and exercise! And I love lurking about there are so many inspiring stories that encourage me and a lot very helpful post to help me creative and get an edge in the game! Good luck and see you around.0
