HIIT traning and my log

I did a HIIT treadmill workout today. 16 total mins. on for 20 seconds at 9.0mph and off no running for 10 seconds how do i log this? I did warm up for 10mins

Unfortunately it's very difficult to accurately calculate calories burned during HIIT and resistance training, which is too bad since they're the best ways to burn fat. You might as well just guestimate that it's approximately the same as what you would have burned during endurance training for the same amount of time.0

I use the calories calculated by the treadmill and log under an an entry I added to the database, so I know that this was a HIIT type treadmill run rather than a a regular 5k/10k flat & steady type program.
EDIT: It calculates a much higher burn for a routine with 1 min @ 7mph flat and 3 min @ 4-5mph on incline than for the same distance/time on flat.0
