Exercises for work????

I work in a factory running CNC machines. 50% of the time I'm moving back and forth between different machines. The other half of the time I'm just standing at one machine. Is there any kinds of small exercises or ways to stand that will help me not feel so lazy and maybe help build muscle?

You can always do squats or calf raises....0

In place lunges, jumping jacks, there's also one with the arms, where you make little circles and then medium and then large, I don't know the name, I will find out for ya.0

Jumping Jacks, butt kicks, front kicks, calf raises, squates, lunges, push ups(if that's an option) windmills0
