adding strength training

I just started mfp last week, and while I have been back at running for a month now, I don't do any strength training. I run about 3-4 days a week, but really want to throw in some strength training. I don't belong to a gym, so any work I do, will be at home with dumbbells.
Any suggestions?

If you can't join a gym I would suggest the book " you are your own gym"

This is a good routine that can be done with dumbbells and a bench for awhile. Eventually as you get stronger you may need to move to barbells.
