PR successes

So I've really taken to kettlebell training and have gone up from using 5lbs (laughable, I know, but my arms were wet noodles to start!!!) and I'm up to 20bs after about 6 weeks and seeing a lot of definition. Weight training intimidated the hell out of me until now so, good deal!

What are some of your best PR's and how did you go about reaching them?
