I LOVE the internet! When I want to find something low-fat, sugar-free, I just google "low fat sugar free" and then the item I'm looking for. You'd be surprised at all the links that come up. Skinnygirl is a great website, for starters.0

A lot of times you can substitute apple sauce, canned pumpkin, honey for sugars and eggs in recipes. Look up different things like there is a Black Bean Brownie recipe that is very good out there. A quick brownie or chocolate cake is to take a premix and add a can of canned Pumpkin not Pumpkin Pie mix(this adds sugar). The pumpkin adds fiber and keeps the mix moist. Search the internet there are tons of recipes.0

I love baking, too. There are a ton of sources out there, both in print and online. I tend to check the cookbook section of my local library so I can see if I really like the recipes before I fork over the money to buy the book. This day in age, printing recipes from online or photocopying from a book can save a lot of money over buying a cookbook, so I tend to do that whenever I can!
I recently got a book on small batch baking, which isn't necessarily healthy recipes but helps guarantee there aren't a lot of sweet leftovers around to tempt me.
With fall coming, I like to pick recipes with pumpkin. It's sweet and full of fiber! I have a great recipe for cookies with pumpkin, apple, and oatmeal. Perfect for fall. You can also substitute pumpkin in some recipes to increase the fiber, but I haven't experimented with that yet.
I like to check out recipes from Ellie Krieger (Food Network), Hungry Girl, Bethenny Frankel, Weight Watchers, etc. I also recommend the "Cook Yourself Thin" show on Lifetime. The ladies re-do favorite recipes so they are healthier. I've gotten some good recipes from their website and books. You can also try the "Skinny *****" recipes, but they are mainly vegan and sometimes require special ingredients. I like their ideas but not the recipes, and the book itself is pretty intense.
