I went for a 3.5 mile run last night and felt really fantastic. I know I picked up the pace and didn't feel to winded. I almost extended my run for another mile or so, but had things I needed to do at home. I woke up this morning and my right heel feels a little sore. I've never had it happen after a run. It isn't painful or anything, but I'm having a little trouble walking. I wanted to go for another run tonight, but i don't want to make it worse. Should I go running? Are there stretches I need to do or should I ice it? I tried looking information online, but WebMD always tells me my foot is falling off or something else extreme lol.
