Hi There,

I am just wondering if anyone takes wheat grass shots regularly? if so, what have you noticed the benefits to be? If you have had a bad experience, can you also elaborate on that for me? Thinking of trying it out...

    I would like more info, I have a juice shop close to work they serve shots of wheatgrass with a orange slice, its prett good. I guess the chlorophyll is the main benefit
