New mom needing support!

Hey! I'll be 22 years old next month and I just had my second baby 4 weeks ago. With my first, the weight fell off fast! Actually, with time, I wound up being about 8 pounds less than I had weighed before. I attribute that to breastfeeding, as I never exercised or ate right. This time around, I was unable to breastfeed and my weight has plateaued. I gained only about 28 pounds and have lost about 17 ... but I definitely want to lose more. I also want to eat healthier and get more fit, because I want to be in good shape/health for my kids! (They require a lot of energy!) In the past, weight loss to me meant starving or doing crazy workout routines. I Always got discouraged and quit after about a week. But I realize now that I was very wrong! Anyway, I currently weigh 148 pounds. I've made a short term goal of getting to 140, just so I don't overwhelm myself. (The big picture always freaks me out - ask my hubby!) But eventually I would like to be down to 130. It's hard to eat healthy on a budget and when you're pressed for time with little ones, but I am determined to put out the work and effort to do it! I exercised daily while pregnant, but when I get the ok from the DR I would like to kick it up a notch.

Anyway, I hope I can find some support on here! :)
