Good fat vs bad fat?

Does anyone know if MFP can differentiate between good fats and bad fats? I find I always go over my fat when I eat things like nuts and avocado. I KNOW Im eating good fats -- but I'd like a real idea of the bad fats Im eating on a regular basis.

They have options for the different types of fat and you can change what you choose to track. I track both saturated fat (to make sure I don't get too much) and total fat (which I am usually a little over). If you don't track them, you can still check them through the reports sections.0

I believe in the diary settings, you can select to monitor poly- mono- (good) and saturated (bad) trans- (bad)0

What are you considering "bad" fats other than synthetic trans fats?0
