Hey everyone,

I've been a member of MFP for about 8 months maybe, I differ from a lot of people on here in that my main goal is not to lose weight it's to live healthier and be more conscious of what i'm putting into my body (weight loss is a great bonus though). I want to live a healthy active lifestyle, I'm not going to freak out if I go over my daily calories but at the same time I would love support from like minded people. I need that accountability to keep me on track (I wasn't on for a couple months). This is not a temporary thing, it's a lifestyle change and I would love support from people looking for the same thing. Thanks and good luck!
