So, a friend of ours sold us a NordicTrac C2000 treadmill for $100 today!!!!!!!! I am more excited than I can put into words. This was totally out of the blue when I mentioned I'd love to have a treadmill eventually! So, I am so not prepared, lol.
It has ifit capabilities, but I don't know anything about ifit. Anyone have advice, experience with it? I don't have the manual, so I am probably going to order one.
TIA,
Amy

You might be able to find a manual online.0

You can purchase iFit cards online or at Sears. They serve as your personal trainer and have a range of fitness levels that you can follow. I have followed the sample that came with my treadmill and it does help vary my workout, but you do not need them. I hope this helps and congrats on a great deal for a treadmill.0

you got a C2000 for $100?? wow.... paid £600 for mine.
Treadmill workout Generator is free, use a cheapie blank SD card, put your own programs into the treadmill! Even does the voice prompts for you, as it automatically adjusts incline and speed.0
