  • Hello and welcome. This is a great place to stay encouraged, on track for weight loss and to be held accountable. Log everything, drink lots of water, introduce yourself to frest fruits and vegetable, use whole grains and lean protein. You will have a bad day, know that it is okay. MFP has everyone on a defiacnt in terms of calories. Try to eat close as possible to them without going over. You can lose weight without exercising using this method but I suggest you move around as much as you can. MFP will provide you with more calories eat some back if you need to.
