Okay...so my first weigh in this morning was 244.5
It's actually a bit more than I thought, but that may be becuase I only got 4 hours sleep bringing in the new year :)
I plan to take things slow and not expect too much at once and slowly work into a great routine!
My long term goal is 235, but it depends on what I see in the mirror. If I like what I see at 250...that'll be fine too :)

    Hi jamie! Welcome ;) your long term goal is 9 pounds less than you are now? This is a great site and I am sure you will like it :)
  • OOPS!!!! I'm so use to the 200's, lol! What I meant was 135 :)

    lol . :) I am aiming for 135 but Im good with 140-145. So we have about the same goals
