What do you wear?

Ahh.. the beauty of workout DVD's at home. I've never been able to work out in just my bra and shorts before now. What a freeing experience!
Also, those running shorts with the "underwear" built in? Godsend. No more wedgies from heck.0 -
I either wear leggings, sports bra and a quick drying t-shirt, or shorts/skort and bra tshirt for running. I have occasionally when very hot thought about removing my t-shirt but i am still not 100% confident with my midsection and where i run there are a lot of lorry drivers would hate to cause an accident, nearly did that once when i wore my skort. At home i wear shorts and a sports bra, don,t care if the hubby/kids see my midsection. Occasionally i have worried when my daughter brings her friends in I hope they don,t go home saying Joy is walking around the house in her bra. My husband works out in his boxer shorts now this is innapropriate in front of the neighbours kids so in the day he wears shorts.0

I usually like to wear a pair of leggings with a sports bra & a tank top. When I was larger I'd wear a huge t-shirt, it feels good to actually feel confident in form fitting clothes at the gym now0

I have a gym and exercise equipment at home in my finished basement. I exercise nude. No clothes to get all sweaty and clingy, nothing binding, nothing to ride up or slip down. Comfortable + !0

Quick dry/wicking clothing are my best friends. Everything down to my underwear are quick dry! I'm a big fan of Fila gear. It fits me well, is affordable (sale at kohls) and holds up well.0

Depends on what I'm doing, where I'm doing it, etc. Running, usually some compression tights or those Nike running shorts with the built in underwear, a sports bra, and some kind of moisture wicking tank top. Lifting weights, fitted t-shirt or tank, and shorts. Yoga, either tight yoga pants or yoga shorts, and sports bra and some kind of soft tank top (not necessarily a fancy running one). If it's outside, and it's hot out, shorts/tank top, cooler weather longer tights and possibly a long sleeved dry fit top.
I long for the day I can run or do yoga without a shirt on. My abs aren't exactly on point yet and nobody needs to see all of that in action just yet lol
Well said. Just dress appropiately.0 -
I wear yoga pants, sports bra and a man's dry weave shirt. I hate how they make the woman's shirts shaped so they are close to the skin.0

There is always a shirt over my bra- I will never go without! I also wear dri- fit tops and I really like the capri work out pants- that way if I am on the weight machines, I wont have to worry about showing the "goods". No more oversized tees for me! All fitted now baby!0

Shorts, sports bra, and tank top.0

It depends on the workout. I run and workout at home in shorts, tank and sports bra, for zumba shorts, t-shirt and sports bra. I am self conscious about my flabby arms in zumba class.0

I wear work out capris (I'd wear shorts, but my thighs are too big as of right now and they make the shorts run up too much), a sports bra, and a T-shirt. I have at least 20 random T-shirts that I've accumulated over the years, but I never wear them at work, school or in public outside of the gym (none of them are cute t-shirts...they were just free lol). Some day I want to get cuter work out gear, I'm just a bit of a penny pincher and don't see the point when I have a bunch of t-shirts that won't get any use at all if I don't use them as work-out gear lol.0

JCPenney has a lot of great stuff at good prices!0

If I'm working out at home I'll just workout in a sports bra and some undies so there's less laundry to do! At the gym I wear a sports bra, a baggy tank top, and capris or shorts. Running attire depends on the weather, but it's usually shorts and a tank or tee.
It's pretty pricey, but Lululemon is my fav brand for workout clothes; there are so many little touches that make exercise much simpler because you don't have to worry about little annoyances, and they're super cute! My fav running shorts have a little sticky patch over each side pocket that stops your shirt from riding up, and all of their pants have a front pocket that will securely hold your iphone/mp3 player/etc during any kind of workout.0 -
I always have kids around me and I am blessed in the chest area so I cant just wear a sports bra not comfortable with just that in front of the kids, so sports bra tank and yoga pants
once in a while running shorts if I like my legs that day lol0 -
I have a hard time wearing anything baggy as i just sort of gets in the way of things. i generally wear a fitted tank top and either shorts or my Fila capris0
