1. Try different excercises, sometimes we need to use different muscle groups. This usually works for me. I rotate between water aerobic and stationary bike. This can make a huge difference.
2. Be sure to count calories. It's a necessary evil.
3. Increase length of exercise. Maybe it's time to add another half hour. I won't work out more than 2 hours a day.0 -

this totally depends on where I buy my pants from. I can vary up to 2 to 3 sizes because of that.

I'm 5'4". And 43 years old. I think age is an important factor because my body has changed over the years.
SW - 165# Size 12. They were not too big, not too small. So solidly in a 12.
CW - 143# Size 8 and 10. About half of my pants are an 8 and half a 10, although I noticed this morning several 10s are getting too big
GW - 125# (I think I still have 130# on MFP - been too chicken to change it since I decided on 125). That should have me in size 4 and 6.0 -
Starting 5'5" 146 lbs size 10 pants
Now 5'5" 132 lbs size 8 pants0 -

PANTS - SIZE 16 OR 18 WOMENS - BUT MOST OF THEM ARE BAGGY ON ME BUT MISSES ARE TOO TIGHT IN THE TIGHS.
SHIRTS - SIZE 16/18 OR LARGE
EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON HOW THEY ARE CUT. GET SAGGY IN ABOUT 6 WEEKS AND DO NOT FIT IN 8.

Thanks to no consistency in clothing sizes, I started at 5'5 and 160 pounds and a size 12, 10 or 8. Now at about 130-135, I'm a 2, 4 or sometimes 6.
In Juniors, I can wear a 3, 5, 7, 9 or 11. :indifferent:
Good thing I'm not hung up on sizes.0
