    5'5"

    SW 232 size 20
    CW 210 size 18---18W are more comfy. I own both and the 18's are a bit tight since I have large hips and thighs.

    I'm 5'3". When I started I was in a (tight fitting) 12 pant. Now I'm almost 151 and I'm in a 6, 7 or 8 (depending on style and brand). I have no hips or butt and the only stuff I had there apparently was the first to go.

    5'3" here.

    At my largest I was around the 100kg ish mark (220lb)- size 18/20 Uk (14-16 US).

    I'm now 67kg (147lb) - size 12 UK (8 US).

    I'd like to get down to 50kg and if my Mum is anything to go by at that weight I'll be about a size 8-10 (US 4-6).

    Edit: As a note I got the transfer sizes online, so my US sizes may be way out! The UK sizes are accurate though. :)

    This is me exactly, except that my largest was 77kg. :)

    I'm 5' 3"

    SW 242 3X or 22/24

    CW 212 and now a 16

    It's interesting how much of a variance we can all have... just remember everyone we all have different body types and builds. I'm boobs, hips and thighs/butt... and well... we are ALL different.

    I also think that I'm "heavier" weight wise, but smaller size wise this time than I was the last time I was this weight.... which is a bit baffling to me... I didn't expect to be in 16's right now and I actually have some jeans that are 16's and LOOSE... whoa... whereas years ago when I was in a 16... I was down at like 185 but I'm 212 right now... Hmmm. Weird. So keep it all in perspective... different body types etc... but it's interesting to know!

    Jen I don't see that you are inputting in your food diary. Do that alone and you'll assure your success. "How can you know where you're going if you don't know where you've been" and that caloric goal I see you've set is good without exercise.
    Say you're going to exercise and burn(being really conservative) 350 calories. you add that in your exercise and that will up the daily calorie allowance. Always only come about 300 calories below for healthy weight loss

    I can't figure out how every body wears such tiny clothes - when I was a fit 145 (I'm 5'5), I still wore a 12. 10 would never fit and I always felt "fat" because people asked what size I was and when I said 12, they would say, "You don't look that big."
    I worked long and hard on the farm and looked good. . .

    I concur.... I am 5' 5.5" and I started at 199, size 16
    today I am at 154 and and a 12- if I am lucky a 10....

    When I was 28 I was 108lbs and still, I wore a size 8, if I was lucky a 6

    5'3" and 3/4! That 3/4 is important!:smile:

    185+? = 15-17 pant size, 31.5% body fat

    160 = 13-15 pant size

    150 = 9-11

    140 = 7-9

    Currently 130ish = 3-5-7 pants depending on the brand and Dress Size 2. 22% body fat

    EDIT: Thought i would add my body fat%
