Hi,
I am starting the new year off by getting off my butt. I am new to the site and I really like some of the tools it offers. I have a lot of work to do and trying to look at it in baby steps so I don't get overwhelmed. I set my first goal smaller then my ultimate goal, but I really am going to look getting below the "0" number... so it is 10 lbs at a time.
I had knee surgery in November and so I am still slowly increasing my activity levels. 10-15 minutes on a bike is good for me and the physical therapist said I can start the treadmill slowly if I hold on. I can do some weight work as well.
Planning food is my biggest obstical. I will be looking for recipes on the site a lot!
I look forward to meeting others here on the site for support and friendship on this journey!
