having a hard time finding the kmotivation after all the christmas mess? How do you get it back? Im staying on calorie track but am not interested in exersizing, im probubly just still exasuted from all the crazyness of having 18 people in my home!

Set Monday as your next workout day and do NOT deviate from it!!!! Yes we need rest from all the craziness but do not let it become your life style!!! Happy-HEALTHY-new year!!!0
