NSV - 'What's your secret?'

So far this week, while at work - I have now had over 6 people come up to me commenting "you look like you are losing weight", after I thank them for noticing and the normal speal of "how much have you lost", etc etc... I get the "What's your secret?" question thrown at me. All jokes aside, I tell them about MFP and how it has done wonders for me with the forums and the database of foods while tracking what I eat/drink. So, I think that I'm an official MFP pusher now... not rubbing it in their face type of pusher, but the one that suggests it if they tell me that they are looking for a change in their lives, like I was almost 4 months ago.

WIth that said... I want to thank everyone on here with the success stories, the before/after photos, the questions and answers, the recipes, and the great friends... without you guys, I don't know if my transformation would be like this.

Cheers :drinker:

I loooove when people ask me this because I used to be one of those people who always asked everyone else their secret. Now I'm on the other side and I realize there is no secret! Just work hard and control your portions. and of course you keep up the amazing work (41lb down is GREAT!).

I know just what you mean, I tell everyone. I was at the Dr. yesterday and told him all about it. I love this site!

Yay! Congratulations! Magicians might not tell their secrets, but weight loss isn't magic. So, it's great to share yours and be an inspiration!

So true!! Way to pay it forward and let others know who are struggling about this great MFP tool that may help them in their journey as well :)

Thanks everyone... I definitely try to get people on here if they are really wanting to change themselves... but I told them, it is all up to what they decide to do... I am just trying to give them the tools necessary to acheive what they want.

Whatever happened to the MFP T-Shirt idea that someone posted on here before. I will gladly wear it!!
