Hi - thanks in advance for answering - I am so excited to start wearing it!!
So, if I am at the gym and do a cardio machine and then either kettelbell or circuit weights, do I keep it "on" the whole time and then look at calories burned at the end OR do I stop it after the cardio machine and start it again when I do the weights?
My other question is that for fat burning, what zone should I set it for? Or is it something I set or just watch for?
Any tips and tricks to making this work better for me would be fabulous and so appreciated - thank you!!!

I have the FT7. I can't speak to setting zone on the FT4. But, HRMs are not accurate for weights. Turn it off for that portion. It only works well for aerobic activity.
Make sure all your personal settings are correct - height, weight, gender, and max HR if you know yours is different than what the formula predicts.
Wet the pads that go against your skin before putting on. Rinse the strap after you're done. Wash it once a week in the washing machine (air dry only).0
