Turbo Jam Progress - 4 Weeks In...

I posted a Blog but, also wanted to put something here...

Well, the first 4 weeks of my Turbo Jam program I started came with some bumps in the road. Here is the blog about that…

I have since passed my 4 week Weigh-In, measurement check with surprising results. I knew there would be some disappointment but, this is what I got…

When I started MFP, I did some measurements and weighed in and such but, I re-configured my WEIGHT progress and don’t have those original numbers but, I do have the measurements from my waist and hips and bust from then and WOW how I let myself go between Feb & Sept!! :noway: :embarassed: :sick:

Feb 2011:

Waist = 40”
Hips = 46.5”
Bust = 45.25”

September 2011 (after I realized I wasn’t watching myself and had a HORRID picture taken of me)

Weight = 250.8 lbs
Waist = 47” (+7”)
Hips = 47” (+.5”)
Bust = 48” (+2.75”)

August 2012 (Start of Turbo Jam)

Weight = 224.8 lbs (-26 lbs)
Waist = 44” (-3”)
Hips = 44.75” (-2.25”)
Bust = 46” (-2”)
R Arm = 13.5”
L Arm = 13.75”
R Thigh = 24.75”
L Thigh = 25”

September 2012 (4-Weeks of Turbo Jam) :flowerforyou:

Weight = 222.2 lbs (-2.6 lbs)
Waist = 42.5” (-1.5”)
Hips = 44.25” (-0.5”)
Bust = 44” (-2”)
R Arm = 13.25” (-0.25”)
L Arm = 13.5” (-0.25”)
R Thigh = 24.25” (-0.5”)
L Thigh = 24.5” (-0.5”)

So, in the months before Turbo Jam, with walking here and there, a Zumba class here and there, and slightly watching my calorie intake, I went down 26 LBS, Lost 3” off my waist, 2.25” of my hips, and 2” in my chest!
In the 4-weeks during Turbo Jam, (and having a slight hiatus in the middle), I dropped 2.6 lbs, lost 1.5” in my waist, .5” in the hips, 2” in the Chest, total of .5” in the arms, and a total of 1” in the thighs! :happy:

I am really proud of myself with this progress so far! I could have done better these past 4 weeks but, ya know what, I still did pretty good!! Now, if I watch during this next cycle, can you IMAGINE the results when I am back in 4 weeks!?!?!?!?!? :glasses: :love: :happy:
