Ok so I am almost 30 days into Power 90 and LOVING it! I was a little discouraged the first week, but now I am kicking *kitten*! Have lost 4 pounds and several inches and I'm not even halfway through. But my question for all you amazing people... What program do you recommend next? I was considering Insanity, Turbo Jam or Turbo Fire? I read good reviews on all of them, but don't know which one is most appropriate?

I'm at about the same point in P90 and loving it too! I've thought a little about what's next, but there are just so many programs out there, that I get a little overwhelmed. I'm thinking about P90X, but I'm not sure if I want to do that intensity and time commitment, I guess it just depends on my final results from P90. Doing P90 I've noticed that I really enjoy the second half of the Sweat video (kicks and punches), so I'm considering something like TaeBo or TurboJam.
Glad you posted this thread, I'm interested to see other people's ideas.0 -
There is also Power 90 Master Series .... more challenges than P90, but not quite as intense as P90X. Plus, Master Series has more diverse workouts (like P90X) so it's not quite as limited as P90.0

i have done insanity, the asylum, and p90x2... currently doing the insanity/asylum hybrid workout.. will be doing p90x2/asylum hybrid next... insanity and the asylum can be hard on your knees and ankles since there is a good amount of jumping... can't go wrong with any exercise choice in my book0
