So I've been counting my calories for the better part of the last year but have in the past few months started religiously. I am wondering about the other measurements though. In the mobile app it breaks down my diet into carbs, fat and protein. Apparently, 47% of my diet today has been made up from fat, mostly poly and monounsaturated. The rest is made up of protein and carbs, the bulk of which are carbs. Is this necessarily a bad thing? Does anyone have target levels they try to hit?

I think that depends on your goal. For example, I weight lift and run. I set MFP as follows: 50% carbs; 30% protien and 20% fat0
