So fall has finally settled in to NH, and it's been noticeably cooler in the mornings and nights (hoodies and jeans when i walk the dog now  ) Anyway, the last couple days, I have been STARVING. No change in exercise routine, diet change, or (sorry guys cover your ears) is it anything to do with TOM. So my only theory is that it has to do with the time of the year and my body thinks it needs to fatten up to keep warm, sustained this winter?? Thoughts?

PS. I'm still being good, and only putting fruit, veggies, water in when the hunger pang hits  just wondering if anyone has noticed this?

I do the same thing, I start wanting to eat and pack on the pounds in the fall and as soon as March rolls around it starts fading away. I'm not giving in this year.
  • Thanks ladies! I refuse to give into my grumbling belly!

Healthy- My dog is a Chinook  She tends to make me a crazy dog woman too!

Cool... I've heard of Chinook's before, but I've never met one, and I had to go read up on them. The breed actually originated from where you're just settling into (at least according to wikipedia), so at least she should be quite comfortable ;)
  • I'm actually from NH :) I've just never been as conscious of wanting to eat as it gets colder as I guess I am now!!

Wikipedia was right- they are Native to NH, and she LOVES the snow, the cold; not so much! I've been waking up to her nestled up to me under the covers the last couple mornings and its not even cold in the house!
