New to posting but not new to site

Hi everyone!
I am new to posting on this site but not new to fitnesspal. I have been using this site pretty religously since November 1st and have lost 16 pounds. Before that I had lost 16 pound on my own in about 6 months time. I have gone from weighing 216 lbs to 184 lbs. I still want to lose about 30 more pounds. I am posting because I need some help with figuring out how to keep the scale going the right way. I think I have hit my first plateau and it is frustrating me! I have bumped up my protein and succeeded in eating 108 grams yesterday (I am also weight training). I know it isn't always the scale I should be watching but that is easier said that done. I would appreciate some help.
