From the beginning of my journey (May 2012) to January of 2013
From the beginning of my plateau (Aug 2012) to just breaking it (only about 5-10 lbs difference on the scale, but MAJOR difference in size)
From the beginning of starting to lift heavy (March 26, 2013) to one month in (April 21, 2013)
