Been on here a few months...and really have not gotten to active with MFP. However, my co-workers and I have a challenge going and we all friend-ed each other to keep us all accountable.

SO I have been reading and learning...well, A LOT and thought about adding some more friends to help motivate me. (And me them.) Anyone from Indianapolis area that needs a pal?

    I'm about 2 1/2 hours north of Indy in Rochester. My co-workers and I are all keeping each other accountable also ! Just checking in on fitness pal is doing more for me than I thought. I would pop a mini Reese's cup in my mouth a few times a day and not think anything of it.................now knowing that each one is 45 calories I think about saving those calories and bypass the candy dish ! Keep up the good work my friend, we are all in the same boat and need all the support we can get.
