  • Hey there. This has been a struggle for me for as long as I can remember. I can lose weight and I can gain weight. I have never been able to figure out how to maintain and, I have to admit, I am terrified that I am going to gain the weight I have lost this time around back. I'm thinking that, when I hit my goal weight, I am going to try to set a 10 lb window and try to stay in the middle. If I hit the upper limit, I'll go back into weight loss mode. If I hit the lower limit, I'll allow myself some slack. I have no idea if it will work. But, I have to figure out something once I get there!

I too slacked (over Christmas last year) & gained back 15 lbs & 3 inches. Since then I have been fighting like mad to get it under control again. Once I do, I vowed to never let myself go again; it's been too hard to get back where I was! We can do this though; good luck!
