Low cal yoghurt and other spoon desserts in Germany?

Hi everybody,
After a meal I like to eat a yogurt as a dessert or something creamy that can be eaten with a spoon.
At the moment I mostly eat Danone Activia yogurt (normal kind, as German supermarkets don't seem to sell the low calorie type), but I am looking for a substitute both because I would like something below 100 Kcal per serving and because I would like to try to steer clear of lactose altogether for a while.
Do you have an suggestion? Maybe something you have tried and think is good and light?

Any tip is appreciated, but please (for those who live in other countries) don't list things that are not sold in Germany or I'll be all sad that I cannot buy them.

  • I know for yogurt, I'm not sure if you have it in Germany and if you don't I apologize! I like the dannon light & fit cups in vanilla, they have other favors too. They're 80 calories per serving
