Everyday, no excuses. Today is my second day. At anytime of the day, just make sure to do your 50 squats. Anyone?

I started at 10 and worked my way up, 10 each day, and finally got to 50 yesterday. Did another 50 today. I'm determined to have a nicer *kitten*! lmfao0

With an empty 45lb barbell, or do we need to put weight on it?0
