Hi! I'm a mom to 5 wonderful kids. I'm part of a group of friends joining to try to lose from a few lbs to a lot. I'm just trying to shed a few lbs and try to get rid of some belly fat/rear end fat.

If anyone has done this while breastfeeding let me know. I've yet to diet/exercise and breastfeed. Just would like some pointers on how to figure ut my cals/carbs/fat, etc. Thanks!
