When I exercise it gives me more calories to consume, but if I cosume all of the calories they say, it seems like i won't lose weight. Do y'all eat the all of the calories they add to daily goal and still lose weight?

I eat back my exercise calories if I'm hungry, but MFP calculates the number you can eat by already creating a deficit, you're 500 calories under what you burn anyway so you are able to eat your exercise calories back0
