Sorry - one side note on my post - the recipe I've used is a bit different..... but very similar!
Do not drain the corn, or any of the beans. Also - I use black beans with the liquid instead of refried beans. By using the liquid that comes in the cans you do not need to add the chicken broth. Super yummy!!0 -

Made this the other day!! However, had vegetarians over, so I made it with tofu and the vegetarian chicken broth instead. Added a couple extra spices, but sooo delicious! I definitely had leftovers and made it into a burrito filling later It tastes wonderful wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla and just a little sour cream0
