Hi There:
Does anyone know anything about the reliability of and what influences calorimetry? It is a test that measures how quickly you burn calories at rest. I have started my healthy eating slow weight loss journey. My eating is better. I am under on calories though over on protein. The rate at which you burn calories is supposed to stay the same or increased. Mine dropped. :frown: Any thoughts?
