Posting CrossFit WODS

What's the best way? Heartrate monitor? I really have no idea what the BEST way to accomplish this is. I generally just posted it as 1 cal in a CF WOD. Is there anything else someone would suggest?

    Circuit training was my choice

    I don't think a hr monitor would be too accurate due to the heavy lifting parts.
    I just use either strength training or circuit training.
