How much fat are you willing to lose, particularly if you're a woman?

Everyone's different, but especially over a certain age, fat loss in the face isn't necessarily desirable. (I've already grieved my chest, lol.)

Also, particularly in areas where there's been a lot of fat, and the skin has stretched, it might take a fair amount of muscle to fill the gap. That means a VERY strict, almost bodybuilder-type training and nutrition regime.

Just thinking through body composition goals, & natural limitations (and once I guess I created, by having gained weight), and wondering what kind of changes I'm willing to accept.

Eg, in order for my thighs to look the way I'd like, I'd probably have to dip to 15-16% body fat, which would leave hardly anything anywhere else, and a touch of crepe in places I'd rather it weren't. I think less than 20% would not look great on me. I'm also not sure I'm willing to eat like a bodybuilder :/
