I need some support... I got mono back in February, and I barely ate anything, and I got conditioned to eat what I could, when I could. I had previously been doing really well, and had lost about 20-ish pounds. I've lost about 10 over the summer, but very slowly as compared to before, because I stopped using My Fitness Pal, as did my boyfriend, who was dieting with me.

just try to track your food for a while like a week or two...Then change one meal at a time.0
