Work out Ideas for back and legs?

Any one got ideas around body weight workout for back and legs? All I do as of now is squats, stiff leg good mornings and calf raises for the leg and kettle bell rows for the back, which don't feel enough any more, the only equipment I have is a 15 KG sand bag. 7.5 KG kettle bell and 2.5 KG dumbbell. i walk on and off, not ready enough for jogging or sprinting, I am 305 pounds as of now. Thanks

    Lunges, Squats, Deadlifts, Pull Ups, Military Press, Push Ups....start there..or get more equipment/join a gym!
