Weight / Strength Training

I am just starting on this site and wonder about how to calculate calories burned from weight and strength training. I cannot find where I can see calories used as in the Cardio activities. Thanks for your comments. :love:

    I think a heart rate monitor might be your best bet. On that note, I've heard that HRMs aren't that accurate if your heart rate is below a certain number (not sure what that is off the top of my head though).

    There is a category under cardio exercise that says strength training, that may help!

    Your best bet would be a HRM. It will become your BFF in this journey for sure!
