i have about 500 cals left for the day and i need a snack b4 bed!! any ideas

    i just had some wheat thins with laughing cow cheese

    some other ideas are peanut butter on toast

    popcorn

    fresh fruit with yogurt and granola

    veggies and hummus

    peanut butter with banana or apples

    hardboiled egg

    a handful of nuts

    Lately I've been noshing on Oikas 0% yogurt sweetened with Splenda (but you can sweeten with anything you like or eat it plain) and some Just Fruit Salad, which is freeze dried fruit. Its not a ton of food, so my belly doesn't feel bloated and its sweet, creamy and crunchy which I think is a perfect before bed combo. :]

    I also love pretzel sticks with a little bit of hummus, and that works as a perfect mid-afternoon snack as well. :]

    Oh and.. if I had 800 calories left close to bed, I would start eating more during the day!! Some days I just sneak some ice-cream in there. :] Especially when I work out. haha.. I mean as long as I stay below calories and eat very well besides that snack.. no big deal.
