I am running out of ideas for meals. I need 1300-1400 cals a day. Would anybody be willing to share their food diary with me? I really need to get back on track after all the holiday madness and am tired of my usuals! Thanks!:flowerforyou:

    You can view mine too, it is public. Today was my day off "dieting" so I ate whatever I wanted. But on the other day's I'm pretty good.

    please look at mine..i am dealing with high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.. so im doing about 1600 a day..im doing the low carb way to keep blood sugar numbers down....but am feeling better and expect to lose a huge amount..

    i got about 184 pounds to lose till my goal

    i just started mine again and it's public too. I work nights (explaining my midnight coffees) and don't really get as much sleep as I should, but I always try to get a lot of food in for my calorie quotas.
