Well it is 2010 and I want to get healthy. I would like to find some fitness pals to help support me and that I can support in return. I have lost 35 pounds since the end of September with a goal to lose about 80 more. I am eating healthier and doing light exercise as I have trouble with both my knees. I would love to hear some suggestions on ways to stay on track. Hurry up warmer weather so I can get back out to the park for walks. Good luck everyone, here's to being healthy. :smile:
