My weight loss journey ups and downs

Well I have learned when going through a weight loss journey just stick to what you know works for you. I have to admit that life got busy and I put my weight loss on the back burner, ended up not being able to exercise for a month due to the infection in my foot and then just didn't care so wasn't really watching what I was doing and then tried something else instead of what I knew worked for me so I had put a little of what I lost back on well I have gone back to what I know 100% works for me and I have lost 7 pounds since last Wednesday! Weight loss is a journey and you will have your ups and downs you may gain some back but realizing that when you do don't just give up you've lost weight before and you can do it again by doing what you know works!! I love my simple way of doing it.... 1200 calories a day, at least 8 glasses of water and exercise. Can't get any easier than that. Sorry for the book but to be accountable to anyone you have to lay it all out and be honest . Hope anyone else that is on their weight loss journey or even just a healthier eating habits have great success this week!! Remember you can do it!!!
